Starting Pay Rate: $19.41 per hour

The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Maintain open communication with all parties on the assigned caseload; return calls and emails within 24 hours to participants and everybody affiliated with their care;
- Review monthly budget reports and communicate with the team regarding utilization and any necessary follow-up; and
- Maintain required documentation associated with the provision of services for the assigned caseloads in a timely, accurate and legible manner.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidates must have strong customer service and computer skills with the ability to multi-task and experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. An Associates Degree in Human Services is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
