Compliance Investigator

Description

Starting Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Flexible work schedule menu to include the ability to work: a four-day work week, nine-day biweekly schedule with a three-day weekend every other week, or a typical five-day work schedule.

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Investigate incidents, allegations of fraud and complaints.
  • Assist with implementation of quality standards to improve service delivery.
  • Remain current with regulations impacting RCIL departments; write or revise policies and procedures; and create, conduct, or identify trainings as required.

 

Education:

  • A College Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Prior experience with compliance investigations strongly preferred. Experience with analytical tools and/or statistics is required.
  • Strong communication, detail-oriented, and customer service skills are required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

 

COVID-19 vaccination is required for this position.  RCIL will engage in the accommodation process when an exemption is requested.
