Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $36,757.50
Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Manage incoming training documents and perform quality checks for completeness.
- Oversee the tracking and communication related to training requirements and deadlines.
- Effectively manage a large amount of outgoing training notifications when due.
- Follow-up when training documentation is incomplete.
- Process broker agreements and terminations.
- Provide notifications to non-compliant workers, participants, designees.
- Process worker exits, terminations and reactivations.
- Enter data in appropriate systems.
Education:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
