Program Liaison - Self Direction Program

Description

Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $36,757.50  

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Manage incoming training documents and perform quality checks for completeness.
  • Oversee the tracking and communication related to training requirements and deadlines.
  • Effectively manage a large amount of outgoing training notifications when due.
  • Follow-up when training documentation is incomplete.
  • Process broker agreements and terminations.
  • Provide notifications to non-compliant workers, participants, designees. 
  • Process worker exits, terminations and reactivations.
  • Enter data in appropriate systems. 

Education:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
