Service Documentation Specialist

Description

Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $36,757.50

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Maintain a caseload with the time and attendance system for direct care staff.
  • Audit and approve entries within database software, where attention to detail is essential.
  • Clear/timely communication via phone and email, maintaining documentation of the communications.
  • Work within an office setting.

Education:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Two-to-three years of customer service and data entry experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and through written communication.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
