Service Documentation Specialist

Description

Starting Pay Rate: $17.44 per hour

Benefits:

  • Flexible work schedule menu to include the ability to work: a four-day work week, nine-day biweekly schedule with a three-day weekend every other week, or a typical five-day work schedule.

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Maintain a caseload with the time and attendance system for direct care staff.
  • Review uncompleted time entries daily and take appropriate steps to have them completed.
  • Approve or deny time blocks.
  • Track and save all follow-up communication.

Education:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Two-to-three years of customer service and data entry experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email and through written communication.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

COVID-19 vaccination is required for this position.  RCIL will engage in the accommodation process when an exemption is requested
