Description

Non-Exempt Hourly Pay Rate: $20.52 - $23.00

Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $40,014 - $44,850

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Oversee the development and circulation of all job postings.
  • Complete necessary paperwork for newly hired staff and internal transfers.
  • Provide information on RCIL to potential applicants, other agencies, and the community.
  • Attend all local job fairs and expos; routinely visit colleges for recruitment purposes.

Education:

  • An Associates Degree in related field is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Two years of experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service, networking, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
