Description
Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $ 37,850
Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Approve and process participant budgets
- Obtain documentation to confirm eligibility prior to processing budgets
- Maintain program for producing budget reports
- Assist in both fiscal and program audits
- Address and resolve billing questions related to eligibility
Education:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong Excel spreadsheet skills
- Minimum of two years of experience with spreadsheet applications
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and with diverse populations and handle sensitive situations
