We are seeking a caring, patient, and energetic individual to provide one to one Community Habilitation support for a 22 yr. old man with Autism who uses limited verbal communication. This role centers on helping him engage with the community, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful activities such as walks, mini golf, bowling, and local classes, etc.
Ideal Candidate Qualities
• Genuine enjoyment in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong background working with adults with autism
• Dependable, compassionate, and encouraging
• Good driving record and reliable transportation
• Resides in or near Suffolk County, Long Island (NY)
