AT Tuesday Is Back: Spotlight on Walkers—Empowering Mobility, Independence, and Everyday Living

Assistive Technology (AT) Tuesday is back, and today, we’re spotlighting walkers! Walkers are a type of mobility aid that help people move, sit, and stand safely as they go about their daily activities. Walker design is as diverse as people’s needs! Frame sizes, heights, and materials vary to provide ample stability for each user. Some even have built-in seats, trays, guiding lights, or other helpful accessories that help people do what they need to do!
