RCIL Partners with Public Partnerships LLC to Support Consumers in the CDPAP Program

As an approved CDPAP facilitator, RCIL is working closely with PPL to ensure individuals have the support and resources needed to manage their care independently. This collaboration combines RCIL’s commitment to personalized guidance with PPL's responsibilities as the fiscal intermediary, such as processing payroll, handling benefits, and serving as the co-employer to CDPAP personal assistants.

Through this partnership:

RCIL provides dedicated support throughout the registration process, ongoing education, and guidance tailored to each individual’s needs.
PPL manages payroll processing, caregiver benefits and other administrative functions.
Together, RCIL and PPL empower individuals to hire, train, and direct the caregivers of their choice—promoting autonomy, dignity, and control over personal care.
