The following educational resources were developed through RCIL’s now-discontinued Nurse Navigation program, which supported individuals with disabilities, seniors, and community members facing new diagnoses or changes in their medical condition. Though the program is no longer active, these materials remain available to help consumers make informed decisions and navigate their healthcare journey.
