Living Independently is For Everyone (LIFE) at RCIL is a Center for Independent Living (CIL) that receives federal financial assistance from the Administration for Community Living (ACL), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).  LIFE at RCIL can provide you with current information about CIL services and how to access them, as well as provide support to individuals with significant disabilities who are unserved or underserved.
