Experienced Autism Specialist has extensive knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders and clinically-informed therapeutic approaches. I have specialized training and experience with Applied Behavioral Analysis and excellent individualized planning. I have a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology, LPC Professional Licensure, and more than ten years of Autism Specialist experience.

I have over 10 years of experience in the field of habilitation. I have worked with people of all ages and abilities, providing a range of services including behavior management, skill acquisition, and daily living support. I have a strong background in creating individualized treatment plans for each client, and am passionate about providing the highest quality of care. My most recent position was working as a Habilitation Specialist in a residential setting, providing 12-hour care to individual with developmental disabilities in teens

I speak Russian and English and have a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis, Positive Behavior Supports, and Crisis Prevention and Intervention. I am also a certified Medication Technician and am CPR and First Aid certified. I have extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations governing the care of individuals with disabilities, and am well-versed in the principles of person-centered planning.

I would consider myself highly organized and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team. I am also passionate about advocating for the rights of people with disabilities and am dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.
