I have been working with RCIL for the past three years, gaining valuable experience in providing care and support for individuals with special needs. In addition, I care for my niece, who faces challenges with fine motor skills and behavior. Through this role, I have developed strong patience, compassion, and the ability to adapt to her unique needs.
I focus on creating engaging and positive experiences for her, including outdoor activities, time with friends and family, and trips to the beach. These activities not only keep her active and socially engaged but also help support her growth, independence, and emotional well-being.
My hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of the importance of patience, encouragement, and creativity when working with individuals who require extra support.
