I am currently employed as a Direct Support Professional with Residential Resources, providing community-based support to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. My experience includes assisting with activities of daily living, community integration, behavioral support, medication reminders, transportation, goal implementation, and promoting independence.

Previous experience includes working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing elder care, including total care and assistance with all activities of daily living. I have also worked with individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias in both residential and day program settings.

Additionally, I worked for ARC in a Day Habilitation program supporting individuals with varying levels of physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. My background includes supporting both children and adults across a wide range of care needs.

Experience includes personal care, transfers, hygiene assistance, meal preparation, community outings, behavior support, documentation, and person-centered care.

I am currently an assistant Manger/ Direct support professional. I have CPR I've been employed with the ARC for 7 and a half years
