RCIL joins Back to School Bash/Community Partners Expo

The Resource Center for Independent Living will be on hand at the Back to School Bash/Community Partner Expo to assist with SNAP applications, SNAP related benefits, NYConnects services and Mainstreet Advocacy, a program that works with OPWDD individuals ages 8 - 22 with behavioral, social, and other issues to develop strategies to better manage their emotions and other problems.
