- Purpose:
To supervise Human Resource recruitment and medical credentialing responsibilities and assist the Executive Vice President in the overall direction of all other Human Resources functions.

Job Duties
Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Supervise Recruiter and recruitment processes: job replacement paperwork, job descriptions, job postings, interviewing, monitoring staff retention and turnover, career fairs, and community recruitment events.
- Supervise Auditor. Research and interact with Compliance on all background checks and credentialing regulations and requirements.
- Supervise Human Resource Credentialing Specialists and background checks and medical credentialing processes.
- Assist with RCIL and Human Resources policy, handbook, process, and spreadsheet/list updates – conduct annual checks of existing plans, make needed revisions and recommendations, and distribute as needed.
- Provide Human Resource review and approval for new RCIL contracts.
- Stay up to date on Agency and program regulation changes and ensure changes are operationalized.
- Interact with all RCIL supervisors to assist them with corrective action processes, performance reviews, and all employee relation issues.
- Assist with employee investigations as needed.
- Assist with all internal and external audits as needed.
- Share responsibility of being on-call at night, and on the weekends for reporting of Worker’s Compensation incidents (rotating schedule - responsible every fourth month).
- Review/approve Whiteboard requests for consumer help wanted ads and workers seeking additional hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Processing of various Human Resource responsibilities including recruitment, corrective action, handbook and policy design, reporting, survey completion, software system applications, and payroll.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (must be able to write employee letters, policies, and reports, and speak professionally in meetings, workshops, and within uncomfortable situations), policy and handbook development, organization, problem solving, and supervisory.
Education and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources is preferred; an Associate’s Degree in a related field is required. Applicable experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Three years of Human Resources experience is preferred, including recruitment, credentialing, policy writing, audits, and employee relations.
