RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage. The Human Resource Credentialing Specialist will provide support to the Human Resource Medical Credentialing Specialist and Human Resource Credentialing Manager. The main duty of this position is to assist in processing and tracking the Agency’s medical and background checks. As well as, prepare invoicing, billing and employee reimbursements for processing by the Accounts Payable Department.  The HR Credentialing Specialist ensures all medical and background paperwork meets regulatory requirements and audits files for compliance. This position requires daily maintenance of electronic files and submission of documents in a timely manner.

Hourly Wage- $14.35

We are looking for candidates who are highly proficient in data entry, with strong organizational skills, who manage multiple tasks under deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.

Successful candidates will have five or more years of clerical experience, preferably in a human service organization. Medical terminology and coding experience is preferred.  High school diploma is required, Associate’s degree preferred.
