Independant Services

Offering guidance, support and care…

Youth services are designed to encourage children and adolescents with disabilities and their families to reach their full potential, at home and in the community.

Home and Community Based Waiver Services

Home and Community Based Waiver Services (HCBS) provide support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities to assist with independent living at home and in their community. This program enables individuals who have developmental disabilities or TBI (Traumatic Brain Injuries) and are eligible for Medicaid to receive Medicaid services in their community rather than in nursing homes or institutions.
