Description

RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage. The Coordinator works under the Program Director to provide participants with unbiased information and connections to qualified providers of long term supports and services by phone and in person. Under this position you will work collaboratively with many other local agencies and state departments to provide information about NY Connects services to individuals with disabilities.

We look for candidates that possess computer skills, critical thinking, excellent organization, oral and written communication and knowledge of community resources.

Successful candidates will have two years of experience in a human services position that requires direct service to individuals.  You need a minimum of a high school diploma, an Associates’ degree or Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field is preferred.

Must have a Valid Driver's License and be willing to travel.

RCIL offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.

Hourly Wage: $15.38
