RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage. The Compliance Investigator works under the supervision of the Director of Quality and Compliance. The compliance investigator is responsible for providing comprehensive quality investigative services to several RCIL departments. In this position you will conduct investigations of incidents, abuse, fraud, HIPPA and complaints.
We are looking for an extremely organized, detail oriented candidate with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with knowledge of OPWDD, ACCESS-VR and DOH regulations.
Successful candidates will have at least one year of experience working in the field of healthcare or human service. Must have one year conducting investigations and reporting incidents. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Associate’s degree will be considered with three years of related experience.
