RCIL’s employment staff will assist you during at least the first 90 days of your new career. 

We will work with you and your new employer to develop a plan to insure you succeed at your new job. 

Our supports include guidance in developing relationships with co-workers and supervisors plus job coaching to provide intensive support to you.  We will provide you with travel training, too, as needed. 

This entire process will allow you to successfully complete the beginning stage of your new career.
