The Resource Center for Independent Living (RCIL) is excited to announce that the 4th Annual Children’s Brunch & Character Party will be held on Saturday, October 26th from 10am to noon at the Dorothy Smith Center for Advocacy (1607 Genesee Street, Utica).

Enjoy an Enchanting Brunch as beloved Characters interact and entertain your Children!

Your attendance at this Event makes it possible for the Many Hearts Senior Care Center at RCIL to provide an opportunity for local Seniors to enjoy Seasons at RCIL - a safe and accessible area to garden, socialize, and relax in the fresh air and sun.
