Make-and-Take a Critical Document Binder

At Caregiver Connections, we like to call this the LEAP (Life Events Actually Planned) Binder. Binders will be provided. Free event for Seniors & Caregivers. Please RSVP by November 15th by calling 315-797-4642 ext. 2540.

This binder is a single location that contains all your important documents; making it quick and easy to access information for any type of life event (long term care planning, Medicaid planning, emergency situations, etc.).

Refreshments will be provided. There is no charge to attend this event.
