Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, RCIL is not currently able to hire new office staff; however, we will still review applications that are received so that interviews with qualified applicants can be conducted when the situation has been resolved.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Assist participants with personal care, meal preparation, daily living skills and socialization;
- Ensure participants care plans are being implemented on an ongoing basis; and
- Provide monitoring and oversight to all participants.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidates must have a Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification, or other applicable direct care certification, or have at least six months of direct care experience within the last year. Knowledge of HIPAA and the Independent Living Philosophy is required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and have a clean driving record. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Wages: $12.85 per hour, $13.35 per hour after six months of successful employment.
