Administrative Assistant - Herkimer
The Administrative Assistant will join a diverse team of customer service professionals. The preferred applicant will demonstrate a passion for customer satisfaction along with strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills. Acting as the first line of customer engagement, you will demonstrate professional, helpful and individualized approaches to assist callers and visitors to find the right solution. Strong clerical and administrative skills essential.
- Assist Center director and staff with scheduling, messaging, resources and special projects
- Assure customer information is captured accurately and assist with reporting
- Develop a broad-based knowledge of community resources and apply that knowledge to customer service strategies
- Support and enhance staff effort by demonstrating a commitment to the organization’s guiding principles of integrity, respect and customer focus

Who may be considered:
Five (5) years of clerical and administrative experience is required.
Strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, problem-solve with experience utilizing Microsoft Office. Candidates with demonstrated proficiency in Excel applications preferred.
An Associate Degree in a relevant training program is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
