Customer Service Representative

Description

RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage. 

The Agency is looking for a new Customer Service Representative.  The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Review and analyze data to assist reimbursement inquires for direct care staff;
  • Routinely provide excellent customer service;
  • Receive all Accounts Payable Self-Direction calls and respond to inquiries within 24 hours;
  • Communicate with Self-Direction participants, employees, and representatives when reimbursement discrepancies occur; and
  • Assist in compilation of data to support Accounts Payable.

Who may be considered:

Successful candidates will have excellent customer service, written, and communication skills. A minimum of one-to-two years’ experience in clerical or customer service is required.

An Associate’s Degree in business is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Wages:  $14.36/hr.
