RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage.
The Account Clerk will provide support for Rapid Transition Fiscal Intermediary responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Review invoices and reimbursement forms for appropriate documentation to ensure timely payments for the Rapid Transition Housing (RTH) program.
• Maintain vendor files ensuring all required information is complete and accurate (i.e. Address, W-9).
• Code and prepare vouchers for payment ensuring all documentation is complete with approval signatures.
• Perform timely database updates.
• Act as a liaison with vendors and other Independent Living Centers regarding the RTH Program.
Who may be considered:
Successful candidates will have excellent time management and organizational skills, effective oral and written communication, relationship building skills, analytical proficiency, above average spreadsheet skills, and an ability to represent the company effectively and in a professional manner. Ability to excel when a focus on detail is required.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associate Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience desirable.
