Starting Pay Rate: $21.35 per hour

Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Manage caseload of investigations on incidents, fraud and complaints.
- Provide comprehensive compliance investigations to RCIL departments.
- Assist with implementation of quality standard programs to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of service provided to consumers.
Education:
- A College Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Prior experience with quality and compliance services.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
