General Maintenance / Cleaner

Part-Time position available

Hours/Schedule: Mornings 6:00 am - 10:00 am Monday - Friday 

Starting Pay Rate: $16.67 per hour

Benefits:

  • 16 annual vacation days, 12 annual sick days, and 11 annual paid holidays
  • 5-day work week, Monday-Friday

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Provide cleaning for RCIL buildings as assigned.
  • Provide support for maintenance to interior and exterior of RCIL buildings.
  • Lift at least 25 pounds. Frequent bending, walking, and climbing is required.

Education:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Two years of cleaning experience preferred.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions.

Travel Required: No
