CDPAP Administrative Assistant

Description

Our Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Program (CDPAP) Department is looking for a new Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and system support to program staff and Vice President of CDPAP.  The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Greet and assist walk-ins and perform administrative duties;
  • Interact daily in a professional manner with consumers, employees and community partners;
  • Answer calls and connect callers to proper individuals within the program; and
  • Compiles data to create a variety of spreadsheets and reports.

RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage. 

 

Who may be considered:

One-to-two years of clerical and administrative experience is required.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Placement: Full-Time

Wages:  $12.82/hr.

Number of Vacancies: 1

Location: Utica, NY
