Student Worker - Finance

Description

RCIL is hiring a Part Time Student Worker in the Finance Department.

We will work around your class schedule!

Job Duties:

  • The successful candidate will be expected to:
  • Assist the finance department in day-to-day tasks.
  • Work on monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Assist with scanning/copying/filing electronic documentation.
  • Update RCIL’s 1099 & W-9 vendors, and track appropriately.
  • Follow up calls/emails to vendors and customers as needed.

Who may be considered:

  • College students.
  • The successful candidate will be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the option of working up to 35 hours per week. Hours must be completed during RCIL’s business hours of Monday-Friday between 8am-4pm.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel.

Wages: $14.20/hour

Travel Required: No

Location: RCIL’s Utica Office
