The Resource Center for Independent Living is looking for a new Bookkeeper to provide various accounting functions for the Agency. The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Monitor and prepare monthly spreadsheets for grant income and expenses.
- Prepare various vouchers, draw downs and reports for funding sources timely.
- Prepare various account reconciliations monthly.
- Assist in annual audit and various program audit preparation.
- Prepare various journal entries monthly for grant income and recurring expense allocations.
RCIL is a civil rights organization that offers individuals with disabilities a wide range of independent living and advocacy services through the numerous programs we manage.
Who may be considered:
At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience Not For Profit Preferred.
Successful candidates will have experience with Microsoft Office Products, computer skills, oral and written communication skills and be organized and alalytical.
An Associates's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
