Description

Looking for a Community Habilitation Staff for evenings, after school hours. Additional hours during breaks, winter recess, summer vacation etc, seeking staff to work with participant on growing goals and interests of her choice. The rate of pay will be $19.00/hr around 9 and a half hours a week, mileage will also be reimbursed at a rate of 0.50$ a mile. The goals that will be worked on will correlate with participants Community Habilitation plan set in place with the self direction program. Please contact Jennifer(Mom) at jpedersen@kidsoneida.org
